Premium Processing Expanision

USCIS has announced that it it will expand the premium processing program to other categories on Forms I-140 and certain student categories on or about June 1, 2022. As of now, the other categories USCIS has planned for expansion is for a future date. As always, our office is here to answer any questions you might have.
