Medical Exams for Employment Based Applications for Adjustment

Since there is a number of employment based green cards available, USCIS is recommending applicants to file their medical exam results with their employment based I-485s for efficient processing. If your I-485 is still in process and you did not submit a medical exam with your application, USCIS recommends NOT to send the medical exams unless USCIS requests it.
