Since an L-1 is not subject to a numerical cap, an L-1 is a viable alternative to an H-1B. Our Rates
Our fees are usually flat based depending on the complexity of the issue and case. Certain issues and services such as appeals, motions, and appearances before USCIS is usually charged by the hour; however, our office will provide written notice about the expected fees, regardless if the fee is flat or hourly.
